We believe that happy and returning customers are essential for our business, and we hope every customer could be satisfied with their order and enjoy a pleasant purchasing experience with us.

For returns/exchanges and refunds on items purchased through ownumbrellas.com, Our policy details as below:

RETURNS POLICY
If our items fails due to defect or quality issue or damaged in shipment, We accept returns and refund in full.

EXCHANGES POLICY
If our items fails due to defect or quality issue or damaged in shipment, We can replace it with a same item for you according to your request.

REFUNDS POLICY
1) When we receive your return request, we'll check and process it within 24 hours.
2) Once we confirm your return request, we will complete the refund within 24 hours and notify you by email.

Please Note:
1). The above policies does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, or damage caused by human error.
2). Once receiving the items, please check the item carefully as soon as possible to see if there are any defects or quality problems or damage. We will not offer returns or exchanges service if the items are received more than 10 days.
3). If our items fails due to defect or quality issue or damaged in shipment, In this case, whether it is a return or exchange, you do not need to send the item back.
4). Regarding Custom Umbrellas: The printing quality of customized umbrellas will depend on the pixel quality of the image or design, including clarity, size and color, etc. If the quality of image or design you submit is not good and resulting in unsatisfactory final printing results, we will not accept returns or exchanges in this case. Images with 2000 x 2000 pixels and above can get better printing results, please kindly be noted in advance.
